Policy Overview: The Crown Family Brand does not provide refunds for products or services once they have been purchased.
Disclaimer: Refunds are able to be considered if the wrong item was sent or there is a visible defect to the product. Upon reviewal, a refund will be given (if approved by TCFB).
All customer/refund concerns must be addressed within 7-14 days after purchase to be eligible for consideration.
